He graduated from Akdeniz University Faculty of Medicine in 2001.

Between 2003 and 2009, he completed his residency training as a Research Assistant at Akdeniz University Faculty of Medicine, Department of General Surgery. Between 2009 and 2010, he further expanded his experience in organ transplantation as a Specialist Physician at the Prof. Dr. Tuncer KARPUZOĞLU Organ Transplant Institute at Akdeniz University Faculty of Medicine.  

Between 2010 and 2016, he worked as a Specialist Physician in the Department of General Surgery at Antalya Atatürk State Hospital, and after 2016, he continued there as an Associate Professor. After receiving training in Singapore in 2018, he began performing scarless thyroid and parathyroid surgery via the oral vestibule (TOETVA/TOEPVA). 

 

Between 2018 and 2021, he served as an Associate Professor and Clinical Instructor at the General Surgery Clinic of SBU Antalya Training and Research Hospital. During this period, after completing training in Belgium, he performed numerous surgeries using advanced laparoscopic and robotic systems. He pioneered the field of Robotic Thyroid Surgery (TORT) for both his country and Europe. 

Between 2021 and 2022, he worked as an Associate Professor and Lecturer at Health Sciences University Antalya SUAM.

Since 2022, he has been teaching part-time as a Professor at Antalya Bilim University School of Health Sciences, while also evaluating patients in the field of general surgery at his own clinic.

Although Dr. Dinç has experience in all areas of general surgery, he has advanced expertise particularly in endocrine surgery (thyroid, parathyroid, and adrenal gland), breast surgery, obesity surgery, and hernia surgery.  Adopting respect for tissue as a core surgical principle, Dr. Dinç is a leading figure in Europe in scarless thyroid and parathyroid surgery via the oral vestibule, both in terms of the number of patients operated on and scientific publications.  

Dr. Dinç has numerous national and international publications. In addition to his presentations, lectures, and panel participation at domestic and international congresses, he has contributed as a book chapter author and served as a thesis advisor. 

He is also a member of the Turkish Surgical Society, the National Endoscopic Laparoscopic Surgery Society, and the Endocrine Surgery Society.
